Cancellation Policy:
While emergencies happen, to protect our staffs time and source of income we have updated our policy to as follows:
All cancellations and rescheduling must be done AT LEAST 48 hours before your appointment. If it's less than 48hrs you will be charged 50% of your service fee to your card on file. If it's less than 24hrs you will be charged 100% of your service fee to your card on file. If you do not have a card on file you will be required to pay before booking another appointment. Each guest receives a one free cancellation and is noted in their profile.
